I began my customer service career 32 years ago and have been working in it ever since.
 
Most of my working life I have spent working in the Hotel-Restaurant business both stateside & abroad. My experience has taken me from the front lines, into management and then into ownership. It has taught me about hard work, long hours and truly what it means to take care of people.
 
My management experience has given me the opportunity to work with and for people from all walks of life and many different cultures. I have learned to think outside the box and develop problem solving skills along with a "can do" attitude.
 
As a small business owner I know firsthand that if you don't exceed expectations and take care of people right the first time around you don't often get another chance.
 
While living overseas I began my Real Estate career essentially helping expats find housing. My neighbor, a German, who owned his own Real Estate Business asked for my help with his English speaking clients. I helped by interviewing our customers to find out what they were looking for and relaying this information back to the realtor and working with him to find the right home for our customers.  After years overseas, we moved back to Las Cruces and I began in Real Estate with Century 21 and now with Coldwell Banker. I continue to take classes to keep up to date on the ever changing Real Estate profession.
 
I know that buying or selling a house often doesn't happen between 8-5 so that Hotel-Restaurant 24/7 work ethic will work for you.
 
I know that if you aren't happy with me and the service I provide then I cannot expect  to get your repeat business or any referral business that as a realtor we depend on.
